I called the accounts department 2 months ago and requested my 6 month account plan to be changed to 12 months so I can manage paying the account. I was informed this was done. For the past 2 months arrangements phoned me and say I shortpay and must pay r700.00 or get bad credit record. This was so embarassing and stressing. I called to enquire on 20/01 why payment so high after making payments to keep my name clear. I was told it was not changed! I am pregnant and have no money available due to Edgars staff making me pay more than I should have because of their mistake! I logged a complaint and am given the runaround to keep phoning same accounts department! I want the extra funds paid refunded so I can breathe a little easy as they were wrong.
