Bad credit record

I have been paying my account for the first 4 months, thereafter my account became in arrears. I then made arrangements to pay off the amount with 2 payments a month of R350.

Since this arrangement my payments have been paid in time for the past 3 months, but it shows 30 day late payments on my credit record for the past 3 months.

This needs to be rectified by ITC as my credit record is showing badly, even after making all the effort to arrange for payment.
