Threatening SMS when Accounts Paid on Time

I received a very rude call Thulani from yesterday saying that my account was in arrears for the past 2 months. I was treated as though I was a criminal despite the fact that I have proof that these accounts were paid on time. To top it off, my husband received a text today saying that he must pay his account "in order to maintain your positive payment record and good credit reference." We have proof of his payments being made on time as well. He phoned the accounts department to sort this out and was left on hold for ages and eventually cut off.

This is disgusting and abusive service - get your act together or we will report you to the Consumer Affairs Council. We have been excellent clients of Edgars for a long time and we expect and deserve better service.
