A few months ago I had gone into the store to ask if i could change my account payment from 24month to 6 months, after calling who ever, I was informed my account had to be settled in order for me to amend my payment plan to 6 months. In december i made 2 payments on the same day R1000.00 R3850.00 to clear my account. Saturday I had gone to the store to amend my plan, as my account is now R0.00. Ruben the consultant over the phone then said I can not change my plan as my credit score is to low. WHAT NONSENSE IS THAT? My account is settled in full! I have always paid my account. I don't see why EDGARS does not want to change my plan, maybe because you are to greedy for money and just want me to pay interest. I want to be on the 6 months, or I WILL NOT Buy one item from any Edgars or companies affiliated to Edgars. If i had not already paid so much money each month for a Funeral plan etc i would close this account, but who is going to reimburse me on the money I have paid for these plans? You are ripping the people off. There is some communication problem as well, because everyone tells you a different story!!
