Poor Quality for Expensive Prices

Hi I recent bought a pair of sandles from your canal walk Charles and Keith store (about 2 months ago).

They are now broken - please see attached...

While it would be expected if it was a R100 pair of Sandles from Mr Price, it is not OK when I am paying in excess of R500 a pair of shoes from your store and they last less than 3 months...

I would appreciate your feedback
