In reference to Waybill 1240350134

Sunglass hut's policy is to send repaired sunglasses directly to the customer via Dawn Wing. the glasses were delivered to me 3 times with damage on them.

The quoted e-mail response from Kevin Tuffin at Sunglass Hut/Luxoitta refers:
"In this instance, I do feel that Sunglass Hut has gone out of their way to satisfy you, by replacing the lenses and re-aligning your frames free of charge, where on both occasions, we're confident that these instances of damage did not occur while the sunglasses were in possession of Sunglass Hut. In the last instance of sending the frames back to you Sunglass Hut were careful to document, through photographs, the condition of the frames prior to carefully packaging them. If the lenses are scratched, and if the temples are bent, Sunglass Hut is confident that these did not occur while we were in possession of them."

This implies that the damage has occured while my Prada sunglasses were in your possesion.

I see that you are rated best courier company for 9 years but have delivered my Prada sunglasses damaged to me 3 times. Please advise the way forward as the supplier/sender has clearly passed the blame.
