Bad quality Guess Sunglasses

I bought my wife a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in Sandton. Due to a bad quality product it broke within three months on the hinge.

When purchasing a Guess product you perceive it to be of good quality and therefore did not keep the slip.

Took it back to sunglass hut, they refuse to repair/exchange/return the product without the slip...

Then I took the product to an optometrist to have repaired at my own cost, the optometrist had such a laugh and just said there is no way to fix a product that was so flimsy and of bad quality.

Will definitely not make the same mistake again of buying any Guess products in future.
