Extremely Poor service and Incompetent Staff

To Whom it may Concern.

I have been to the Eastgate store personally several times to complain about my couch that is collapsing and the framework is falling apart and the incompetent staff have done nothing about it. Please refer to the mails and response below from the East gate store. I have set them and email and the response I gt is as follows with no apology or name from who the email was sent

"Hi.
May you please send us the picture with the damaged couch.
Kind regards"

My wife then sends an email requesting to know who the mail came from and when will someone be sent to do an inspection. Up until now we have not received a responce. This is extremely unporfessional and if it was my organisat the whole lot would have been given a warning or even fired. I would like to know when will this couch be inspected for replacement as per the guranty.

I hope that this complaint finds the right hands and the problem is resolved.
