Pathetic service for expensive goods

I bought a couch at Corocraft in 2012. I cannot remember the date but definitely in the second half of the year. After a few months the couch strated showing some discolouration. I complained on 31/01/2013 at a store in Greenstone and was advised the buy the polish which was sold in the store (very expensive according to my level of affordability) and to take a picture and send it in. The picture was sent to [Email Removed] as advised. No feedback whatsoever. I am not always at home because i travel a lot. On May 25 2013 I complained again at a store in Clearwater. On the same day I sent an e-mail to Sithembiso Ndima with the picture. She promised that a guy from the warehouse will visit when he is in the area to assess the complaint. I cannot remember the date on which he came. But he came and indicated that we were not supposed to use the polish that I was told to buy, but he would take the matter up. Nothing from Coricraft. Sent an e-mail to Sithembiso no response. When I enquired about the progress of the query I am told I reported the matter late. I only reported after the discoloration started to show. The Ccouch did not come cheap. I am so! I need answers.
