Equested a quote & got a resized ring

I Took my daughters ring in for a quote to resize, left the ring there, for some odd know reason the sales assistant send it to be made bigger, but I just requested a quote, now they charge me R 950 for this??? I refuse to pay this as I just requested a quote not an actual sizing, the sales lady says she admits it is/was her fault, she put it through wrongly, now I dont have my daughters ring, I cant take it, as I have to pay for something I didnt request them to do, utterly utterly unhappy with this situation, I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS & I want my daughters ring back. Please phone me, as Rustenburg Waterfall malls manageress still hasnt called me back to resolve this matter. I just feel that the sales girl who did this should pay for this as this is her fault & she admits it is, think she does one a "favour" but in the end just caused havoc & problems, & now I have a bill, no quote & no ring. This is basically, they "force" you to pay for something you didnt request just to get our items back. Please call me, this is unacceptable behaviour by the staff & the lack of customer service received from the manage
