I had to get this pathetic and poor service. About a 2 years ago i purchase a Sony Component system on credit at Lewis stores, unfotunately the broke into my house and it then as i had insurance on it i went to Lewis to tell them and claim, iy took some time for me to get the replacement but i didnt realy mind. But now when they replaced my COMPONENT SYSTEM they gave me a HOME THEATER System, ok that was still fine because they said Sony doesnt make the type that i had purchased initially, i now have this home theater system now that is giving me problems, firstly when it was a week old the amplifier just decided to stop working and i took it to Lewis for repairs and they made me pay R800 to repair a week old amp, then after that they brought it back and after playing a day later same thing happened, i went to Lewis again to tell them they took it and repaid it again, i have gone though the same process 4 times now, i even spoke to the sales lady that sold me the stuff Mpume and she refered me to the manager Mrs J Govender and she didnt assist with anything. I want the account to be frozen until i get working Component syem, i can bring the old one back, in a box..
