On 25 September 2013 I visited Sterns at the Waterfall Mall with my future wife and we selected a wedding ring for our planned wedding on 26 October 2013. I paid cash for the ring and requested that it must be sent for re-sizing and soldering to one piece, the sales person opened a job JCO152030001338 and explained that it will take a week to complete. After a week I returned (01 Oct 13) and found that the ring was resized but not soldered to one piece as requested. I explained that I arranged a weekend away and need the ring, they requested me to return on 04 Oct 13 and even phoned me to collect. Friday 04 Oct 13 I drove to town with a very excited wife to be only to arrive at the shop to found it is still not there. They explained that their driver did not collect the ring from the workshop and that I must return on Monday 07 Oct 13 as I did to find it still not to be there. I am sitting with an already spoiled weekend and a very upset lady, I know this complaint may seem minor, but I am so disappointed and angry that I already paid the full sum no matter how small it was. They promised tomorrow 08 Oct 13 and I don't even feel like going there again.
