I never thought the account I have for over a decade can affect me like this I can't get a home loan. I payed my monthly instalments and I was a good customer and suddenly all that has changed because of a mistake made by you guys and you still don't want to rectify it. I am closing this account and I will make sure my family and colleagues know about this.
