Foschini
Account paid up but not updated

I had an account with Foschini, it was with their collections and I paid off the account. This account was paid off in March but my credit bureau report shows that I'm still owing Foschini and that I am in arrears. I have faxed the paid up letter to them twice already and this has not been updated, I need this matter resolved as it is affecting my credit profile.
