Hi,

I have not been receiving my my statements for my Connection Card in the last 2 months. Is seems by all the reports on hellopeter that I am not alone. How must we pay and keep our accounts up to date if we don't get statements saying how much we should pay? I called this number 0860 22 73 73 several times today with the effect that the "lady" keeps hanging up the phone. Emailed couple of days ago still no reply. I have no idea what I owe or what my outstanding balance is.

Can I please get my statements for November and December '13 and EMAIL them to me
