AFTER FIVE YEARS - ACCOUNT STILL NOT UPDATED

I had an account with Foschini 5 years ago, I defaulted in payments, foschini listed me on the credit bureau and the default stayed on my credit report for two years. Three years ago, the default was removed and whenever i now try to apply for an account it always declines me becuase Foschini has not updated it's records since 2009!!! i do have the proof that i paid up this account. My name is clear from credit bureaus and i have no listings on my name. I have opened accounts after the listings!!! can someone contact me urgently with regards to feedback and taking the BLOCK off my name at your head office!!!
