Contract Breach & NO response from the Co

I made a purchase on a 36 month plan, 38 months later i am still paying the account, amazingly enough, there is money still owing on the account. When I contact Game Stores, I am told the matter is being investigated and I being shoved from pillar to post. What is so difficult to sort out?? The Company however continues to receive monthly payments from my side and this has been outstanding for a while. The supplier seems not to be bothered by this.
I find this utterly unacceptable and require urgent feedback from the supplier!
