3 Months and still haven't received

Early December i ordered a game. Bidorbuy said it would be delivered by Christmas. ( it was a gift)

I contacted them in Jan asking where it was? They told me to phone the post office and the supplier i did both.. The Supplier did not answer and i made plenty of calls.. so i phoned bit or buy and told them the situation they said they would call me back with answers and try to contact the supplier. it is almost March I haven't heard a word and still have no game that was paid for upfront..

This was my first time using them!

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
