Payment not showing

I've settled my account and Game cresta mall, but when I go there to purchase they say am still owing the R550, but the R3909 I've paid is not showing on the account and also on RCS side not showing, but I've got the slips for the cash I've paid @ game store, Kedibone was helping me when I was paying the account and today I couldn;t buy they say I still owe the account and when we phoned RCs its not showing on thire side as well as game also, but I have the slips they say I must fax and wait 48 hrs.
