Phone rip off!

I bought a Blackberry 9300 at the Brooklyn Mall GAme on the 26th of April 2012. it gave me problems 4 months down the line, so i took it in for repairs, at my service provider. 5 months thereafter, i took it in again, but was told it was out of warranty, as the IMEI indicates that the phone has in fact been active since 2010. i told them that i bought it in 2012 the IMEI kept showing 2010, which means that Game, one of the big stores around, RIPPED me off by presenting me with an old phone and NOT a brand new one. Game took my money, meanwhile they cheated me. now i'm stuck with a damaged phone, that i can't get fixed, because my servic provider sent me to Game, but unfortunately for me, when i went to Game Menlyn to relate my problem, i was treated like a volleyball, being sent from pillar to post, being told that there's nothing they can do for me!

Another thing is that the very same store that ripped me off and cheated me keeps sending me monthly bills on my account, BUT i have already paid every single cent off the balance. what the hec am i being charged for when i fully paid my account? i'm very disappointed at Game. it's a MAJOR shop.
