Insurance Claim Refusa

Good Day,

On the14th of January I went to Jet Store in Benoni, Voortrekker Road. I was told all the procedure to submit my claim. I did all I told to do (Report the phone to the Policy, Report the Phone to be blocked). I then went back to the store to lodge a claim.

The lady by the counter told me their store does not lodge claim for customers who did not buy from their store. she even went to ask her manager by the Name of Ester who also confirmed it.

The reasons they told me were:
1) I did not buy the phone there.
2) I did not insured it there.
3) They did not have my insurance documents.
all this was after they did check if I was paying my monthly premiums and it was up to date.

I then went to Tembisa store (Phumulan Mall) to lodge my claim because that's where I bought my phone.

I did not understand to why I can claim to one store while I can use my card at any Jet store.
