Cellphone insurance

I have a problem the about my cellphone insurance which i joined on the 08/09/2013. i want to know where can i lodge my complain. because i have been at store several times and i have already spend lot of money trying to call the call centre. they ref me back to the store. and the store ref me back to the call centre. please give me the procredure that i must follow to lodge the complian. i started loosing my patient because i have to spend driving to the store making phone calls. im not getting the treatment as custom.

i bought a cellphone, join the insurance. now my cellphone is when i submit the claim im told i didnt join the insurance while i do have the documents. i was told the premium will be paid along with the monthly instalment.
