Shoking attitude towards consumers

I purchased Vine Vera skincare products and reality kicked in and I realised I could afford them.
A week later I SMSed the consultant to say I need to return the products as I couldn't afford them and went back to the shop.
The manager, Shiran was rude and condescending and made me wait for about an hour (while she was on lunch). Her excuse for not returning the sealed products was that I wrote on the inside of the box- which the sales person instructed me to do so I could know how to use each product. She obviously discussed this beforehand with the salesperson to create an excuse why I couldn't return the products as she didn't even open the product to see whether I had written in there- the actual product was still sealed (the box was opened before purchase). She said only if it gave me a rash I could return it.
So I'm sitting with products" worth R 20 000", which I paid R 4600 which I do not want, do not need and definitely cannot afford. My next step is to call head office but the attitude of the manager and sales people will in all likelihood be a reflection of the company :(
