False marketing and advice to sell products

Went 2 Franco International 2buy Moroccan oil conditioner. Using kerastase shampoo N I've tried conditioner their condition but wasn't happy. A guy, didn't get his name, can recognize him, Convinced me that I should get another mask from kerastase, I told him I have a mask already but he insisted I must buy Kerastase mask. The latter was making my hair heavy N started falling more. I complained about it, The lady manager asked me2 return it. I explained what I needed. Then she convinced me I should keep the product N instructed me use it as a conditioner. After using it for sometimes my hair wasn't looking nice and was getting drier and also falling more. When I went back, the sales girls told me I shouldn't use that product everyday, but only WEEKLY. So I have been wrongly advised by the manager. When I complained she was rude N said I can't come change products so often. If I got what I wanted in the first place I wouldn't have had to do all this. I wanted a refund and return them their product, but instead she end up giving me the Moroccan oil conditioner which was R225 compared2 the one they forced on me@R400, they took the product back n I never got the rest of my money back.
