I bought a sansui 32" LED TV in June of 2013 and during December of 2013 the tv started to give problems. I wanted to return the tv but seeing that I don't stay in the immediate area of the store I phoned them and told them the problem, and the response was that I had to bring in the set (understandable) but the closest branch is 300 kilometers from me, so it isn't just pick up and go. I arranged that I can take it through at the earliest which was on the 16th of January. Getting there the person behind the counter took one look at the slip and said that it is out of the six months and that the tv has to be repaired. It was 16 days past the six month period and I told them that I don't just stay around the corner, but all they said was sorry you have to come back to fetch the tv again, which will cost me another tank of petrol but they didn't seem to care not even after I said that I am willing to pay in the extra to get a new tv, it would have worked out cheaper, not even manager cared. The best part is the day I bought the TV a person named Boy told me that if I take the extra warranty I will not have a problem it will be just bring in tv and get new one, no matter what. NOW WHAT
