Bad service

We purchased an external hard rive from this store. It did not even last 3 months. I returned it and waited the 21 day period only to be told it cannot be repaired. Lost all my info ect. Then it could not be replaced with a new one as they were out of stock. Out of good faith took another one but had to pay in R300.00. Then purchased a 42 inch Sansui tv which did not last a year. Sent it in and was told it could not be repaired out of good faith bought a 50 inch plasma sansui and paid in R2400.00 with an extended warranty. which lasted 19 days. Had exactly the same problem as the previous one. Took it back only to be told we have to wait 21 days for them to send it away to be accessed. We told the manager Rudi that we did not want the tv but were prepared to buy another tv. Another brand and pay in another additional R3000.00. He was in no way prepared to help us. We must wait. Who is being inconvenienced here. I mean really. A R7000.00 tv that lasts 19 days. Just replace it.
