We bought a new Pacino from Hatfield Motomia in June 2013. At first no problems with the bike, first service without a hitch. Then we had problems with the starter switch of the bike during end of October. We contacted them because bike is under warranty and they told us the guy who has to give permission for the switch to be fixed on holiday. We waited a couple of days for their response without receiving any. We phoned and they told us the switch will cost R 180, so we decided to order it and buy it ourselves. It is now January, no switch we had to have an electrician fix this problem as well as the back light that didn't work as a result of this one switch because the driver had to kick start instead of self start. Then the motorbike fell and the tank was damaged. We ordered a new tank of /- r 900. The tank came and they put it on. We saw that the NEW tank had a dent and a few scratches on already. We complained, they said will order a "new" tank, we are still waiting, no response. Then we took the bike for service nr 3. They had to install a new globe, they didn't have in stock, in fact have any globes. The bike has a continuous vibration that they cant or wont find! HELP
