Bought a fridge Cash in Oct with my Debit

I bought a Fridge at Morkels in Pretoria on the 03 October 2013 Cash used my Cheque Account, On the 04 January 2014 I received an SMS on my phone saying I have a cash withdrawal on my Account of R4000.00
and when I asked them about it they said they do not know what that is for.

My Bank cannot reverse this Transaction as it says its a Cash that was withdrawn.

I need them to sort their out as I have debit orders coming off my account.
