Incompetance

I bought a plasma tv and 3 piece stove and I bought them cash. I sent my son to fetch the tv myself cause it was the last one and it was on display when it got home it had scratches on it and de was no remote control, then the following day I went to complain that the tv has scratches on it they told me I must pay R500 to get another tv and pay money for delivery which I refused to pay that R500. Its 2 weeks now I'm stil waiting for my stove when I go they tell us saying everything is fine at wharehouse and they will deliver then they don't. I payed Morkels cash including delivery but my stuff is not coming. When I call them they say I must hang up they will call me back which they don't they keep me waiting and waiting they making me stupid. When I ask about the remote they tell me more stories
