Money withdrawn from my account while i had a card

I received 2 notifyme of cash withdrawal between 23:59:39 & 00:00:34 then i called call centre to stop my card, while i was on the line i received another notifyme of the third withdrawal all from the same SAWITCH teller no 8434 then i asked Eddie the cnsultant to check if i had the right card after he sad i must go for more info at the bank.the next morning i went to Menlyn Branch but they only re-opened my account without any info of from where my account was accessed they only sad it must be card clone then sad i should go to the police station to open a case but the officer sad there is nothing they can do if they don't have a crime scene so i don't have anything to resolve this matter since i was not give all information.the total amount taken is R4000 so please help me to solve this matter since i left that money for a debit which is due on 22/03/2013 & is my first on and i can not source cash till 25/03/2013 when i get paid. THANKS
