Stramm pressure Washe

I bought a Stramm pressure cleaner model -YLQ5-32SC-140, from Game Pavilion on 05.10.2012 - and the machine is such poor quality that the vibration of it caused the gun hose to wear through (from the outside!) after just a few uses. I dont use the machine much so it is unfortunately out of warranty. after being pushed from pillar to post by Game i was told that L & G Tools in Pinetown keep spares for the unit. I called L & G tools and they do not keep spares for Stramm pressure cleaners. This is not the first time that i have bought an expensive item from Game which turned out to be "throw away" because of no backup support and spares - I should have learned my lesson the first time - I will never set foot in a Game store again... just too many bad experiences with their lack of service or repair items for things they sell, and wont support them, I couldnt be bothered if they call me back or not - I just wanted to let others know that you should beware of buying tools at Game .. there's no backup if your item goes faulty, lucky for you if its still under warranty... but out of warranty its "sorry sir - your bad"
