In January 2012 I purchased a set of Stramm tools for my body corporate as they were going at a bargain price. I did not have reason to use them until this year (12 months later) Whilst using the angle grinder on a very continuous project, the interior fan disintegrated. I took the grinder back to Game where I saw a gentleman called Nkosi. He told me that it would be required to send the grinder away for repairs which would take 21 days. i explained to him that I was in the middle of a large maintenance project which I could not stop. He then left me and went to speak to his manager. he came back a few minutes later and told me that it was agreed to replace the grinder with a new one. This is some of the best after service I have ever had. Well done Game stores
