On 10/08/2012 I bought a few things up to the value of R7000-00. One of the items was a canon powershot A4000 IS. I had the camera 5 months and then the lens of the camera didn't work anymore. Unfortuanitly I lost the slip. I went to Game potchefstroom to exchange it or repair it. The camera has a 2 year warranty. The lady behind the warranty desk did not want to help me and said they will repair it if I pay in a X amount of money.
There is cleary a pink sticker on the box of the camera displaying games name, date and item when bought.
I emaild game with this situation but until this day I have had no response from them. All i want is to exchange the camera for another one, Without paying in. I am siting with a camera that I do nothing with it and game doesnt want to assist me.
