Bad service

I was in Truworths about a week and a half ago to return a jersey my daughter had bought, which we disc was ripped on the sleeve. She really liked the jersey so I asked the saleslady if she could perhaps assist us in trying to see if there was another in the store, her reply was ''have a look and see if you can find one"' no help. I then went to the cashiers to return the said item and told the cashier that whenever I go into TRU CLEARWATER, the cashiers are great, however the floor staff are very unhelpful. I asked for a mngr and she indicated to a g/man on a stepladder slightly behind me. I went over to him greeted him very politely and his response was "'yes'' in a very gruff manner I said to him not to worry as I could see why the floor staff had the same att they were copying his manners. I advised the cashier and she was very embarassed and told me the g/man was the acting mnger/supr. I phoned TRU acc dept on thurs as i keep on rec an SMS days before my inst is due and it is quite irritating if you have never defaulted on your pts .i spoke with a sup and he rem me from sms notif, i told him about the clearwater saga and he promised to get the mgr to phone me I am still waitin
