RUDE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL

I went to Game Stores in Welkom today to return an air conditioning unit that I bought and no one came back to me with regard installation. After I got my voucher I went to the cashier to get my money back. The cashier was talking to her colleague and ignored me. I had to wait for her to finish her chat before she rudely said I must go to the tills at the back of the store. I went to the tills at the back and the cashier at that till was again ignoring me and also having a chat with a co-worker who was almost lying on the counter. I kept my cool at the first counter because my son was with me. But this time I lost it. I asked for the manager. The cashier laughed at me and shooked her head. Then after being called twice on the intercom no manager arrived. I went to ask for the manager at enquiries. They refused to give me their names. They also refused to give the floor manager their names. I eventually got their names. The cashiers were also rude to the manager, which I later learned was only a floor manager. I cannot believe any company will tolerate such behaviour from people working with the public. I will not accept being treated so disrespectful. AWAITING YOUR CALL
