Missing Items

Middelburg Cash Crusaders lost 2 of my remotes, one have been replaced (they bought us a new machine) and the other one is an issue.

They have been trying to find one for the last month with no success. Cant get straight answers and staff is not very helpful.

While they admitted that the previous owners and employees did not do there work properly and that we were not the only ones who items are missing.

Whats the next step??
