Hello, i just looked at my recent statement and noticed that i am being charged a fee for cellphone insurance, ok yes i bought a phone at Jet in december and the phone costs R949, now my problem is i am being charged R40 every month for insurance you say, now if you do the math R40 x 12 months is R480 which is less than the value of the phone in 4 months, can you please unsubsribe me for that insurance thing i am already suffering from the account protection plan which of course you said you can't do anything about. now i can stress this enough but eventualy i have to say to you, i don't need your fancy so called ''? ellphone insurance'', i have used 7 cellphones in my life which i have never paid for the stupid thing and guess what, they are still working even to this day. so please unsubscribe for that thing.
