No discount - bad attitude

Yesterday went into Game to purchase an air conditioner. The unit was not on sale but i asked if there was a possibility of a discount. Long story short, Leslie indicated at first that he could not give discounts because that is not the way to do business. However he then said that he could give a discount if he wanted to but he was not prepared to and also did not want to.

What a pity that he was not willing or prepared to, I guess his self importance was more of a concern for him than customer satisfaction.
