Homemark
Product does not deliver!

I have purchased a Gelaticimo Ice cream maker from Homemark just before Christmas to make some awesome festive ice cream for the family. All the thing does is make a smoothie and then freeze to ice. I have contacted Homemark regarding this matter to request a refund as I am not happy spending so much money on a product that does not deliver if you have followed all instructions to the T, but still have not heard from anyone!
