I will continue to insist on a refund

I purchased a Blackberry from CNA on 15/8/2013
It was returned for repair on 25/10/2013
I was given as refurbished phone on 25/11/2013 - which I accepted because I was desperate.
A week later the refurbished phone also broke and it was returned on 20/12/2013.

I am in receipt of a copy of the Job Card for the original repair of the refurbished phone and I see there is only 7 months warranty remaining, this means my 2 month old phone was swapped out with a 15 month old phone.

I also see that the refurbished phone was originally sent in for the exact same reason as I returned it.

In the meantime, I have had to buy a new phone, I have wasted 2 months of BIS and Im generally totally unhappy with the service.

i refuse to accept the refurbished phone, I was told by your call centre that decisions to refund were made in store. I took time off work yesterday to go to the Eastgate Branch and was told by the manager that this is not the case.

Please sort this mess out ASAP.
