Thank you for responding to my complaint, Today marks as the 10th day since I have been waiting for further correspondence as per below.
I would like to know based on your below correspondence since when does a customer gets charged excess fee for taking a phone for repairs?

I bought a phone in 2010 Nokia E63, and I once took it in for repairs and I was never asked to pay any excess fee, since when was this implemented, I have been paying for insurance since 2010, no form of communication was made to me informing me of the new insurance changes. the only thing I was told when open it is the excess fee when your phone is.

Thank you for sharing your concern with us. As per viewing your account we do see that your cellphone repair has been processed. We do see that your cellphone insurance is activated which covers you from any lost, damaged or cellphones. A formal complaint is logged ref. 0305130140/GO and escalated to store management for their review as you can not be charged for the repair if you do have insurance that covers it. However for every claim that arise, clients will be responsible for the excess fee. Further correspondence
