Overcharged

I bought a cellphone from Edgards in pretoria church street in 2006/7 and they asked if i would like to ensure it and I said yes. I was supposed to be charged about R35 for insurance but I was charged about R65, I thought I was being overcharged as I got mugged within a week of buying the phone and i had to clai. I paid R150 for insurance to give me another phone. i realised after about 3 years i think, that I was being overcharged after I was sent my cellphone insurance contract. I am not sure exactly for how many years I was being overcharged as I went to Edgars to lay a complaint and I was asked to call the head office to send me the statements of those years I believe I was overcharged. I called the jead office twice for them to email them to me but they kept saying after 48 hours. The only thing they managed to fix was to charge me the normal amount but I was never paid the money I was being charged extra for those years. I feel like Edgards owe me as Hollard insurance is being offered through them and it paid through our edgars accounts. Edgars should take responsibility and reimburse me.
