MY MONEY FOR 12 MONTHS

I bought a phone on my total sports account, paid insurance on it for 12 months, was in arears with my account but insurance was debited from my bank account each month.
I settled my account this month the 17th dec, good thing too i thought seeing as i lost my phone afterwards...
Turns out they dont pay you out even if your account is up to date at the time of the claim and they been deducting your insurance premiums religiously.
I figure if i paid for insurance, you must replace my insured item.
