Waiting for too long for a death claim payout

On 30 Dec 2013, I made a death claim after my Dad passed, Adella assured me that it would take 5 days for the payment to be done, its now over 2 weeks and I haven't seen the payment. Upon calling and asking, Jasmina told me that it has been approved but I don't understand why it hasn't paid yet. I have kids and they can't go to school because I'm unable to buy uniforms since I used all my money to bury my father.
