Hello Peter,

Please help, My father passed away in November 2012 and we have since submitted all the relevant documents for the death claim to liberty file for corporates. Is now six months waiting for the claim to be processed. Every time I call in for inquiry i am told the decision is with the trustee and will be making a decision in 10 days. I have exhausted every cents supporting the deceased's family and now need to know when liberty will be making payout. This is a very bad service from Liberty.

Please help me speeding up the process. The policy member number is M136881B.
