DEATH CLAIM NOT PAID

Afternoon

I want to lodge a complaint on death claim which was submitted In Bloemfontein offices last week Friday which was 30th of August 2013 and ref number that was provided was 3566 and @ this stage the payment hasn't been done and the funeral is on Saturday we have been very patient but the pathetic services that has been rendered to us it's a shame as now the time is 15:42 and still waiting and I have been calling morning afternoon and still not getting any direct answer and to my last frustration I requested to speak to complains department and they were all in a meeting and I must wait for their call, I have never expected this from a company like Scorpion with the adverts on TV and for helpless they would stoop so low to be able to payout to the family that is grieving to pay the last respect on the person who was faithfully paying this policy,

I am now prepared to go to the local newspapers to say what a service we got from scorpion if this claim is not paid still today its not a bluff as we all know the consumers right
