I bought a bed from Russells in the beginning of the year which lasted only two months before it started denting in, I took it back to Russells and for a second time explained that I needed a bed that was suitable for my husband"s weight, again complaining after two months and sleepless nights, I went back to Russells stating that the mattress again began denting. We called the manufacturer of the bed and asked if this bed could take my husband weight and got a clear no from them. This is something that Russells should have done. The branch manager went, without our consent, and ordered a bed, without qouting or indicating what this is gonna cost us. We are standing on R7 000.00 and I decided to give the regional manager a call to see if we could get help from him, without any luck. He told me that we should return the bed to the shop and wait untill they could repay me the R7 000.00 because I told him that I'm not satisfied with the treatment we are recieving, indicating that we sleep on the ground because we have to WAIT for our refund. Russells didn't wait for their money which was cash by the way so why should I wait and what kind of manager tells you to sleep on the ground and wait???
