Bad service

I went to Russells furniture store wanting to purchase a tv set. Upon to my arrival I decided to add a base set to my purchase which I was taking on credit.. I had to keep calling them to deliver my things which took 4 days for them to deliver and they only brought the tv and not the bed! I have been calling them nonstop fOr them to deliver my bed, it is now two weeks with empty promises whereby I've decided that I don't want it anymore. I have a heavily pregnant wife and we needed a good base set but I guess I'll just go to another store because russells clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service!!! They keep telling me about their computer system changing and that willl sort it out but nothing has been done till today.
