I bought two beds in november, in April I reported the broken beds, they sent the bravo representative to make inspection, after a day bravo sent an sms to go to russells to claim, i went there on the 27 may 2013, the manager was rude, he told me that he cannot help me, or even to refund me, i call the manager on 12.06.13 to find out, he cursed me in the phone, he thought i can hear him, i told him that i can hear him, he said he doesnt care, im not happy at all with the germiston branch, i think the must change the manager because his not good in solving problems, the worse part bout him his very rude.
