I was and am suitably Impressed with the service given by one of your callcenter agents Mikayla (sorry if spelling incorrect) her Team leader is Oschille. i was given such bad service a while ago by the same department but now my attitude towards this company has changed due to good nature and understanding of this wonderful agent, she has restored by faith in the company and the fact that being in arrears happens, life happens and that there are people who understand and will assist and help you better your situation. I want to Thank you Mikayla for the effort, understanding and the eagerness to assist. hope that you colleagues look at you as example of what an excellant collections agent is and can look up to you. and that you Team leader gives your the much needed recognision for all your efforts.
